I can't say enough how LUCKY my new husband and I feel to have had Terri and her assistant Channing at our wedding. If you are looking for a FANTASTIC photographer with a lovely spirit, hire her today. First of all, personality wise, Terri is cool as a cucumber and her happy and laid back energy and smile set everyone at ease while we were taking our formal pictures. Channing was sweet and invested in making sure we got the best shots possible, in particular with helping with the lighting. My friends who sat with them at our reception actively came up to my groom and I to comment on how much fun and nice they were to hang out with! Secondly, the pictures we received from the ceremony and reception were stunning. My husband and I both cried a little as we went through them. Terri captured so many authentic moments of laughter and love. She was so fabulous about making sure to get photos of relatives and guests enjoying themselves. I also adore some of the detail shots I wouldn't have thought to take that Terri made sure to grab! One of my favorite photos is one of our wedding rings she took at the reception. I was planning my South Carolina wedding while living in D.C. and I stumbled across Terri's page really by luck and I couldn't be more grateful. My only regret is that we didn't hire her to stay for the entirety of our reception. We were on a pretty tight budget but after seeing the quality of the photos I wish we had been able to make it work to keep her at the reception through the dancing and our leaving the reception. If you're on the fence about which package you want to order from her (and her prices are very reasonable!) definitely upgrade to one of the longer periods of time for photography. It's so worth it!
