As a plus sized woman I loved that they offered so much variety that are current styles and fitting for all body types and shapes. The girls were amazing at assisting. As per another review stated the notification of a "no return policy" was made to me as well but not in any negative manner to me as we often purchase clothing without trying on (body shapes and sizes of all types) with the misunderstanding that stores automatically accept returns. I was thankful and grateful of that notification before my purchase so If I didn't like the fit I wasn't stuck with a purchase I wasn't happy with. They offered assistance without being over bearing or making me feel judged and actually made me feel so beautiful and confident in my choices. Definitely recommend this establishment, not just for clothing but for the friendliness and family like atmosphere feel. The self crafting options were also such a fun experience! Some people just can't be satisfied or maybe are a little defensive in their reception of quality customer service. Don't let one bad apple ruin your judgement and try this awesome shop out for yourself!
