History

The Breadheads arrived in Sylva in early 2022 and fell head over heels in love with these beautiful mountains, the rich local history, and the supportive and inclusive community. We started Breadheads Food Truck to better serve and interact with our neighbors. We were so warmly welcomed that the business required almost immediate expansion. With almost three decades of experience in the restaurant/bar industry; a passion for creative, eclectic, international cuisine; and a desire to support and contribute to the thriving local unity, we have nestled in on Main Street and look forward to years of delicious food and cocktails and dedicated service.

While not farm-to-table, we do source and support local produce and wares as much as possible. Thank you for your continued support that allows us to keep on truckin’ <3
