I had an amazing brunch at Breadheads in Sylva!! My companion and I shared some chicken and waffles and the brunch quesadilla and both were delicious I was salivating as I saw them approach the table. The chicken was so succulent, crispy, and flavorful it made me wanna slap my mama and then immediately apologize. It sat upon a pillow soft waffle, drizzled with decadent hot honey. The quesadilla was packed in tight and pressed to perfection. The eggs, cheese, bacon, peppers, tomatoes, and mushroom all created the perfect flavor profile. Adding the cilantro ranch and salsa was just the beginning of the happy ending in my stomach. To conclude, I would eat brunch here in a heartbeat. Not to mention the bartender was so attractive and hypnotic because of her attentiveness to my needs as a diner. Needless to say it was lit.
